After Engineering???
JOb Or Mastering???

you have two option after completing your engineering.

JOB v/s MASTERS in subject.

if you join job any where you would be able to understand the professional and practical environment of your work.

It could help you to decide on that what you are enjoying in job and in which field you want to go for in future for further

masters specialization.

JOB could give an idea that for which MASTERS degree/diploma you should go for.

Whereas

if you have clear idea of your interest area than you can go for MASTERS in subject which in turn better your job/career

prospectus.

you will be able to get better salary and position because of your specialization/masters in the subject in the field.

So you can go either way.

This question remains in many of our minds.
It is good to take up the job after completing graduate programme,but make sure that the job you are going to take up will bring you to greater heights, so that you dont regret later.
But some jobs surely need a specialisation in its own area.If that is the case,it is good to have a Post Graduate degree.
And if you have any specific aim,i ask you to post that,so that we can give more specific guidelines on your question.

After completion of engineering course you are confuse about your future career..
Then I will suggest you to go for a job first. Because now a days it is very difficult to get a job as the market becomes very much competitive..

First try to get a job , then continue the job for some years... After that go for master degree courses to get a better designation and higher salary..

You have not mentioned about your stream , otherwise it will be easier for us to suggest you the companies, where you can apply for job...

Now the decision is in your hand..
You decide what you want to do..

Here is my opinion:
Firstly, If you are getting a good offer for job with satisfying work and salary then you can go for the job and go for the experience and finish your further studies later.
If you are not getting good job offer and package then you can surely go for higher studies.
Rest all depends on your interest.
