You will be eligible for specialisation in Hindi only if Hindi was one of the main subjects during graduation. The admission procedure will depend on the institute where you plan to pursue the same. Normally there will be an entrance exam. Also the candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% in graduation. You need to check with the university near you whether they offer distance education. There are institutes like IGNOU, Delhi university which offer distance education too.

hello sir or madam
i have done M.A B.Ed In hindi. further i want say that i want to continue my study but i am confused what i do m phil or m.ed plz give me the full information which is better M.phil or M.ed and what is procedure to do the both course written mail i shall be highly thankful to your kind co-operation send me information as earily as possible |
