Sir plz tell me more about C.B.I and other intelegence services. what qualification require and age limit, when this exam be conduct and when forms are availavle.what is selection procedure in C.B.I..?

you may prepare for direct entry SI entrance examnination for entry in CBI or prepare for civil services examination to be an IPS officer.

Hi, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is a central investigating agency under the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. The CBI has field branches all over India, mainly in state capitals. Recruitment of Deputy Superintendents of Police in the CBI (Group B) is done through the Civil Services Examination conducted by the UPSC. Certain physical standards are prescribed for officers in this service. On selection, candidates undergo a foundation course at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy and are sent to the CBI Training Academy at Ghaziabad for further inputs. At the lower rung, personnel of the rank of constables are recruited by the bureau through notifications in leading national dailies. The eligibility for these positions is matriculation. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) recruits personnel of the rank of Sub-Inspectors. The basic qualification for taking the selection test (written exam and interview) is graduation plus certain standard physical requirements. The age requirement is 20-25 years...........

you have to enter as police officer in CRPF. once you do well there and your merit is recomended to cbi and they will themselve would offer you post there....

firstly you have to give some government exams conducted by indian government.

CBI officers are Indian Police Service (IPS) officers..

IPS officers are selected through UPSC civil services exam. Minimum eligibility for this exam is graduation. You can only choose to become an IPS officer. Deploying you to CBI would be the decision of your bosses once you are selected or anytime during your tenure as IPS officer.

For the CBI, IB and RAW services, you need a degree from a recognized university for the SI ranking in the CBI, ACIO (Asst central Intelligence officer) Grade II in Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Field Officer (RAW) which are of same grade. But for the higher posts you must be an IPS holder. The selection for CBI is usually in the SI position for the degree holder without IPS and if you are from the CBI or Police academy (Student), you can gain easy enter in to this. Other wise you can apply with the application form available in the Employment News for the post of SI.

after passing the entrance and interview and completing the training you will be appointed as junior investigation officer or sub inspector of CBI.

Hi,

You havent specified, to which level you are looking for. Officer cadre or down from SI level posting. Anyways, for High rankings, you need to write UPSC CSE Examination and opt for IPS cadre.

But to my knowledge, You can not enter directly into CBI officer cadre, As it happens through deputation, which happens on years service as IPS. Kindly check with the CBI website for clear details.

Now, for normal entry, There are SSC procedures, I believe. Check Employment news frequently for the same.
