IAS : Indian Administrative Service
There are no subjects that are directly related to Computer Science from all the available options But you can select subjects like Mathematics which are scoring and also mainly familiar to you i think as your a B.tech student you have already learnt a lot of maths so it may be easy for you i think More over you can select different areas which are directly or indirectly related to your branch. or you can select optionals based on your interest each and every person will have his/her own interests for example i'll share my interests in selecting optionals as i'm from B.tech ECE I will select my optionals as ->Electricals (Because we are in touch with this in Engineering) ->Mathematics(Same above reason) ->Psychology(I'm Highly interested in this area) ->Geography(Easy to score marks in Mains ) this will be like my selection of optionals anyways your optional selection will be after your prelims till then you will have common syllabus for all the applicants So concentrate now more on CSAT you will get a vision after facing the competition after clearing CSAT you will be clear with which optionals to be chosen Regards ~AdityA~ |
