-Due to some serious issues I have not attended college for 2 years.
-I was awarded zero internals for that.
-I have cleared 22 backlogs in the prefinal and final year with good theory marks
-My percentage got stuck on 59 even after good score in last two years
-Is there anything left for me?

There is no necessary to have aggregate 60% to appear for examination to get recruitment in jobs.

As, if you have better knowledge, you can qualify in respective entrance examination such as GATE, PSU'S JE, Railway, CSE, SSC to get the jobs.

So, you just need to focus on your preparation to qualify in the examination.
