My date of birth is 5 7 1997.....but studying in 12th i have lott of economic problems...plz inform me if there are any way to join armed forces after 12 th? What is the procedure followed for the same? Can someone please provide me the details on this?

After completion of your (10+2) , You are eligible to apply for armed force through NDA.

Eligibility
- You must have indian citizenship.
- You should be unmarried male candidate.
- You must have passed (10+2) with PCM as a main subjects from a recognized board.
- Your age should be between 16.5 to19 years on 1st july of the examination year.

NDA Exam Pattern
Exam consist of two sections.
1) Maths : 300 Marks (2.5 Hours)
2) General Ability : 600 Marks (2.5 Hours).

NDA Exam Dates
- NDA Notification Date : 2nd January , 2016
- Last Date to Apply : 29/01/2016
- NDA Exam : 17/04/2016

Yes, you are eligible for recruitment in Armed force after 10+2. To join Armed force you have to appear and qualify in NDA examination.

NDA examination is conducted by UPSC twice every year. The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed or appearing for 10+2 with any recognised board. The age limit to appear for examination is 16.5-19.5 years.

After 12th standard, you can join in Indian Armed force through NDA exam.

Procedure for NDA exam:-

1.Written test
2.Physical test
3.Medical
4.Interview

Written test is conducted by UPSC but other 3 steps are conducted by SSB.

NDA stands for National Defence Service exam. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings-Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army.

The candidate's who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam.

Final year of the 12th standard candidate is eligible for NDA exam.

Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19 years.

After completing 12th there is plenty of opportunities for students to join Indian Armed force.
** through NDA..
Exams of NDA (National Defence Academy) happens twice a year. it will give you an opportunity to join Indian Army, Indian Nevy, Indian Air force or Naval Academy at officer rank.
Eligibility for this>>
>>You must be passed the 12th or appearing from any recognise board.
>>Your Age must be in between 16.5 to 19.

1). For INDIAN ARMY
to get in Indian Army after 12th
you must be phisically & medically fit.
ability to complete 1.6 km within 5 min.
2). Through Sailor Entry in INDIAN NEVY.
Indian Nevy invites application for AA (Artifeciar Apprentice) & SSR(Senior Secondary Recruitment) .
Those students who have completed their 12th with at least 60% from science stream.
Age must be in between 17 to 21.

> First written test of 100 marks followed by PFT (Physical Fitness Test) race of 1.6 km within 7 minitues & 15 push-ups followed by medical examination.

3). Group x & y in INDIAN AIR FORCE
Indian Air Force invites application for selection as Airman. Those who have completed their 12th with PCM with at least 60%.
Age must be in between 17 & 21.
