curently m stding in 11th std. n i wanna make my astronomy as my career ....so which subjects are necessary and any entrance exams after 12th for going in this field.

You need to study Physics in your graduation course. Astronomy as a specialization is offered by a number of universities like Punjabi University, AMU, Kolkata etc. It is offered by IISC Bangalore also. Indian Institute of Astronomy runs a Ph.D program for which there is an entrance test. Physics graduates and engineering graduates are eligible to apply.
