it is very sad to inform you that biomedical sector is only in its developing stage in india.so its better if you go for some higher studies...and well we can say that there are opportunities in research,hospitals ...etc.but what really matters is experience...so if you are a fresher you will only get some job in sales or service.so the best is to change your field.
