I think you have cracked the NDA (II) 2011 Examination and if you really cracked the examination, then you will be eligible for Interview. The Interview of NDA is very tough because it is conducted by SSB.

You have to fulfill these Requirements only then you will be selected for Interview.

~~ You must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease.

~~ The minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cms. (162.5 cms for Air-Force).

~~ Your chest should be well developed, fully expanded chest should not be less than 81 cms. The minimum range of expansion after full inspiration should be 5 cms

~~ You should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses.

~~ Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

Physical conditioning:

You are advised to keep Yourself in good physical condition, by following given Routine :

~~ Running 2.4 km in 15 minutes
~~ Skipping
~~ Pushups and sit ups (minimum 20 each)
~~ Chin ups (minimum 08)
~~ Rope climbing - 3-4 metres.

Here in the below I have mentioned the all physical standard for interview in
N.D.A. - II.

Physical Standard for N.D.A. - II ::

i.) Height : minimum 157.5 cm and more than this
ii.) Weight : in between 60 to 80 kg
iii.) Vision : minimum visual acuity 6/6 in one eye and 6/6 in another eye

-To join NDA, You will have to appear in NDA entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission{UPSC}.

-There are three wings in NDA which are as Indian Army, Navy & Air Force. As an Art student you can only apply for Indian Army post.

NOTE:- NDA is for Unmarried Male candidates only. Girls ar not allowed.

For NDA II

Date of Notification : 05/05/2012

Last Date of Submission of Application form : 04/06/2012

Commencement of Examination : 19/08/2012

proper criteria of nda interview?

I have smoked for sometime but still i am able to perform all physical activities mentioned above. Can i crack ssb.?
