Now I am studying engineering 2nd year electronic and communication but I want to join in Infosys or it based field. I just want to know what all are the criteria to join or get into Infosys or better company? Can you please answer me back soon? Thanks!

To be eligible to apply for job opportunity in Infosys after completion of your Engineering course, you should have at least 70% aggregate marks throughout your studies i.e., in 10th standard, 12th standard and Engineering course. The cut-off required to apply for job opportunity in Infosys may vary from recruitment drive to drive. You should have good Communication skills, subject knowledge and Aptitude skills to crack the interview for getting a job in Infosys.

Eligibility criteria required to get job in Infosys:

The minimum eligibility criteria required for almost all the MNC companies requirement process is given below:

candidates must have completed Masters in engineering / Mtech / bachelor of engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, electronics and electrical engineering, Information Technology, electronics and communication from a recognised University all candidates must have completed MCA with BCA / BSc / BA / BCom from a recognised University.
The minimum percentage required throughout your academic must be more than 60% marks.

The minimum criteria required to join Companies like Infosys are:

>>Candidate must have done 10th, 12th and bachelor's degree from a recognized institute and minimum of 60% marks throughout studies is required.

>>There should not be any pending backlogs in bachelor's degree.

>>Maximum of two years academic gap is allowed.

The three stages of recruitment drive is:

Aptitude Test.

Technical Interview.

Human Resource Interview.

The minimum requirements to get job in Infosys or any other MNC’s are given below.

- The candidate should have completed their graduation or its equivalent education in related stream with minimum 65% from any recognized university.
- There is no age limit for getting a job in MNC’s.
- The minimum percentage required in 10th & 12th is 60% from any recognized board.
- The candidate should not have any current backlogs. Maximum 2 backlogs are allowed. Few MNC’s do not accept the backlogs.
- The candidate should have good knowledge on computer languages like C, C++, Java, Data base management and etc.,
- The candidate should have good communication skills and positive attitude.

Below is the required eligibility criteria for the candidates to get into top MNC's like Infosys.

One should have completed Graduation in Engineering with any of the stream with a minimum of 60% of marks.

There should not be any pending backlogs for the candidates.

In the case of campus placements, the candidates who are pursuing final year of Engineering course are also eligible.

The selection process includes following rounds :
Written Test
Technical Interview
HR Interview

Written Test consists of questions from the following categories :
Reasoning
Aptitude
General English
Questions from CORE subjects

Better to get job opportunities in the campus placements itself otherwise it is so tough to get the job since there is huge competition.

Since you are pursuing 2nd year of Engineering course only, I would suggest you to collect the previous year Placement papers of top companies and know the pattern and start the preparation accordingly.
