What is the selection criteria of various posts during the entrance test taken by banks?
i want to know the detail of banking sector job in various banks. what is the selection criteria of officer and cleark in banking sector.

The main selection criteria for the bank posts is written exam. You will be tested mainly in the areas of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical reasoning, GK, Language and Comprehension, computer skills etc. If getting qualified in the written exam, the next level will be a GD and a personal interview. The final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the Interview. It is important to prepare really well for the banking exam.
