If yes, please tell me the syllabus for btech (mech.) for cds exam.

Yes, you are eligible to join all the three wings of Army. Naval Academy is specially meant for engineering graduates. Questions will be asked from topics on engineering mathematics, English language and general knowledge. Arithematic, algebra, trigonometry, geography, statistics, etc will be asked for elementary mathematics section. Current events and events of national importance will be asked for GK. Basic communication skills of the candidate are evaluated in English language section.

The acronym for CDS is Combined Defence Services.

UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts CDS examination twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II.

CDS examination is conducted for these following wings are mentioned as below:-

* Indian Naval Academy(INA).

* Indian Air Force Academy(IAA/IAFA).

* Indian Military/Army Academy(IMA).

Questions will be asked from the topics on engineering MATHEMATIS, ENGLISH .languages and GENERAL KNOWLEDGE.
Arthimatic, Algebra , Trignomentry, Geography, Statistics. and etc will be asked for elementry section.
Current events of national importance will be asked for GK. Basic communication skills of the candidate are evaluated in english language section.
