There is no specified syllabus for PSU’s exams except few organizations.
The JTO-junior Telecom officer exams syllabus are same as IES syllabus for Electronics & communication Branch.
The DRDO-Syllabus are same as GATE syllabus, so you don’t have to prepare any other stuff. These entire topics will be well covered in the classroom teaching.
For Technical (Engineering) section: Follow IES, GATE combined syllabus. Computer science & IT candidate must stick to GATE technical syllabus.
For Non-Technical section: Prepare Reasoning, Aptitude, Data interpretation, English grammar & General knowledge.
