When I can apply for improvement exam and .........how

As you told that you have given 12 from RBSE board.It is also known as Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER).

I am attaching an instruction guide line which will tell you how and when you shall apply for improvement exam for RBSE board.

The improvement exam form will come in mid august or end of august. Then you have to fill the form and submit it along with examination fees with respect to your number of subjects. And lastly you have to wait for conformation letter which will come across January.
After that you can download your admit card and check your examination center.

The application form for improvement examination is available after board results are announced by respective boards. If you board examination result is declared then you need to wait for some time to get notification regarding improvement examination.

How to apply:

You can apply for improvement exam in desired subjects in which you will feel, you can score well. Your college or school from which you have appeared for board exam will apply for improvement exam on your behalf. You need to pay required examination fee.

Your college will know the tentative dates for the Improvement Exams.

The dates for the Improvement Exams will generally announced along with the 12th standard results.

There will be a gap of 1 or 1 and half month for the Improvement Exams from the time of announcement of results.

If the results have already been announced for you 12th standard, then the dates for the Improvement Exam were also given.

Please check with your college for the exact dates.

If the results for your 12th standard have not been announced, then there is no use even inquiring with college.

Better to wait until the results are announced and meanwhile you can have good preparation for the subjects that you would like to give Improvement Exam.

Make most out of these Improvement Exams as this facility won't be there in higher studies like Graduation and Post Graduation.

Improvement Exams are so beneficial for 12th standard candidates in such a way that
-if the candidate score more marks in Improvement Exam than the actual exam, then the marks scored in Improvement Exam will be considered as final.
-if the candidate score less marks in Improvement Exam than the actual exam, then the marks scored in Actual Exam will be considered as final.

You can apply for improvement exam after the declaration of result. Exam will be conducted in the month of August. For whole procedure you need to consult your school.

Improvement examinations are the examinations which are conducted for candidates who have passed but, scored less marks in the final examinations. You can apply for Improvement examinations once, your examination results are declared. The RBSE Board will issue the notification regarding conduct of Improvement examinations, date of applications invited for Improvement examination and payment of examination fee. Mostly, within one week after declaration of regular examination results, the improvement examination applications will be accepted by the RBSE Board.

The notification for improvement examination of RBSE board is not released. Unless it is released the important dates to apply for improvement examination will not be known.

Last year the application for exam started in June. You can wait for next month for application to improvement examination.

You can apply for Improvement exam in RABSE board.

For this, you have to visit your school office or the regional office of RABSE board.

You will have to fill up the Improvement exam form along with deposition of requisite documents.

These documents include Class 12 Marksheet, Passing Certificate.

In RBSE (Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education) they conduct improvement exam for students to improve their marks in which they have got less marks.
The notification will be released in their official website.
In that website you'll find the application forms, you can apply in online or offline and pay the fees.
