sir i m doing b.tech in cse..will i eligible to enter in merchant navy???

Yes,there is two chances one after 12th and other one after graduation. The difference is that after 12th you have to clear entrance exam also some rounds while after graduation there is no need to clear entrance exam, direct fill the form and wait when they reply you. The only condition is percentage in graduation and date of birth.
Normally every where 60% is needed.
