Hello,
Yes you are quite eligible to take admission in the NIT's or IIT's.
There is not any criteria imposed by the IIT or NIT about the students having ntic mark sheet.
If you have got good rank in the IITJEE examination then definitely you can take admission in the IIT's or NIT's.

Dear friend yes you can take admission surely in IIT AND NIT ...........

There is no any problem to take admission in any college if you crack the entrance examination...........

Because may be any cause to your improvement exam that's why this is not matter for take admission in any college...........

dear friend,
you will not face any problem in taking admission in nit or iit college. giving a private or improvement exam does not affects the eligibility of a student for taking admission. you will be treated as any other student who have passed 12th class.
all you have to do is to get very good marks in aieee or iit jee exam. for getting admission in iit, there is a criteria that the student must have at least 60% marks in 12th class whereas there is no such criteria i any other college.
so, don't worry, you will very easily get the admission if you are having good marks in the entrance exams.

can i appear for improvement exam of class 12 in 2012 while doing B.Tech ??
