Sir i am a science student. I am looking forward to enroll for the MH CET. But before that i want to know about the benefit of doing MHCET in becoming a Magistrate? Please reply.

MHCET has nothing to do with becoming a magistrate. It is just a common entrance test for admission in various professional courses in Maharashtra.

For becoming a magistrate you need a law degree with substantial experience of law practice at a high level court. It takes a lot of practice and experience to become a magistrate.
