Hello Sir, I am completed my graduation from school of open learning, Delhi university in "B.A. Programme". I want to know that when I complete my "postgraduate certificate in agriculture policy" from "IGNOU" will I be eligible to apply for Indian forest service or not?

Sorry, you are not eligible for Indian Forest Service examination after postgraduate certificate in agriculture policy course. The Indian Forest Service examination is eligible for the candidates who have held a Bachelor’s Degree with at least one of the following subjects: Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology, Agriculture, Forestry, Agriculture Engineering, Forestry Engineering. Yes, you are eligible for Indian forest service exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering are eligible for Indian forest service exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.
