It will be very difficult to get admission with this rank if you belong to a general category. There will be some chance of getting admission if you belong to reserved category like SC/ST or physically handicapped. Just attend the counselling if you are called for it and hope for the best.

Chance of getting the admission in the VIT for your rank is very difficult if you belong to the general category. If you belong to the reserved category then the chance of getting the admission in the VIT is high. And hence according to your category you will be called for the counselling.

So, some students are counselled from those Quota also. And finally, upto 20,000 Rank the Counselling get stop.

Sir I got 51,478 rank 2018 for VITEEE . Can I get into VIT Vellore Mechanical in any of the categories 1,2,3,4 ?
