There is a huge difference between B.Tech course and B.E course. However, in India both are treated equally and most of the institutes follow the same syllabus irrespective whether the course is B.Tech or B.E.

B.Tech course is more of application based study rather than theoretical. There are less derivations and more applications to study. It is more of a reasoning and working based study.

On the other hand, B.E is more of theoretical based study. There are more derivations and theories rather than the applications. It is useful if you are planning for higher studies especially in the field of research.

B.Tech is good from professional working sector point of view while B.E is good from research point of view. Hence, decide accordingly as per your future goal.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
