Hello, I live in Guwahati and studying in 11th Arts. I want to become a Politician. So, for this course I should select in Graduation and moving towards my aim? I don’t want to enter in any other field except politics, so kindly tell me what to do now?

There is no need to choose any particular stream or specialisation for pursuing your higher studies, if you are interested to become a Politician. Candidates irrespective of educational qualification enter into politics and it depends on their way and behaviour, how they behave with people to become a better Politician. If you are interested to pursue your Bachelor's degree course, I suggest you to go for B.A (Political Science) course.

If you are interested to become a Politician then, it is best to choose B.A (Political Science) or B.Sc. (Political Science) course for pursuing your higher studies after completion of your 11th standard with Arts stream from a recognised board. You can also choose any other stream of your interest for pursuing your higher studies, as there is no specific eligibility criteria required to become a Politician.
