Dear sir,
My son is insisting me that he wants to appear from another board. Initially he had given aissce exam in 2014 but could score only 80%. Is it possible to give improvement exam from another board?

No, you are not allowed to change your board of education for improvement exams.

You have to appear in the improvement exams under the same board.

Here i am providing you some rules that you have to take care before going for the improvement exams :

Rules for CBSE improvement exam :

** Improvement Exam can be taken in one or more subjects in the succeeding
year only after passing the subject in Class XII.

** Candidate cannot appear for improvement examination in the subjects
which he/she failed to pass.

** The fees per subject to be submitted is Rs.200 (may change).

** The Application Forms for improvement will be released in August till October and can be collected from regional offices or syndicate bank branches.

** Candidates will be issued only Statement of Marks reflecting the marks of the improvement examination.

No, there is no board is providing such facility to write the improvement examination in other board. It is highly impossible the candidate who wants to write the exam in such way. You have to write the improvement exam in the same board.
