I am a 2nd B.Tech ece student. What are the internship programs available to me?

There are very less internship opportunities for which you are eligible related to your domain. This is because most of the companies do not prefer second year engineering students of internships since they have very less domain knowledge. Hence the best option is to go for industrial training in this year and opt for internship opportunity next year. However, you can go for other discipline internship opportunities. You should upload your profile in the leading internship portals to opt for internships in other domains. The leading ones are letsintern, internshala, twenty19, 10internships, etc.
