I am appointed as a Junior Lecturer at a basic pay of rupees 950 in 1988. I was appointed as a Professor at the age of 53. Can I get a non-creamy layer certificate for my daughter?

Your current salary along with your wife salary if earning will decide whether your daughter is in creamy or non creamy layer of Other Backward class.

The benchmark for division between two is that candidate's whose annual income is less than 8 lacs per annum are eligible for non creamy layer certificate and benefits of reservation.

If your current annual salary is less than 8 lacs then you can apply for non creamy layer certificate for your daughter.
