Being a Private Clerk will my daughter get benefits of OBC Non-Creamy Layer category for B.Tech admission in Government institutes?
I am working in a Private Sector as a Clerk. And my annual income is Rs. 5 Lacs. I comes under OBC of Non-Creamy Layer. Can the benefit of OBC Non-Creamy Layer is considered to my daughter for admission in Government institutions for B.Tech course?

Yes, she will be considered as OBC Non Creamy Layer while taking admission. Earlier income OBC NCL was 4.5 lakh which has been increased to 6 lakh. SO as per the income she will be considered as OBC non creamy layer. Also try to get admission on the basis of merit list instead of using caste.
