I am in 2nd year of my B.Sc in Fisheries and
I want to study M.Sc in same field. So,
please tell me about the entrance exams
for getting admission with JRF for M.Sc course in India?

If you can qualify in CSIR NET exam then you are eligible for JRF post in Fishery.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for CSIR NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Your age should be below 28 years.

For recruitment as JRF you have to apply for Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE) .

Candidate who passed 12th,B.SC, Msc. can apply for JRF recruitment.
