In order to get the reference, you must have any of the employee working in the company as your friend.
Because to refer you, he need your resume.
Once he will get your resume, he can upload it over the portal of HR and then your resume will be visible to the HR.

So, just try to find the person, who can act as your reference, and can upload your resume.
