How to get MNC job with low graduation percentage?
Guys,i have 54 % marks in graduation.I have 89% in 10th and 81 % in 12th.I have joined a placement institute.So can that institute refer me to an MNC despite my low criteria? i.e can i bypass this criteria ?bcoz MNC's set a criteria of 60% throughout...

Most of the MNC's ask for aggregate of 60%-65% and above.But,still you can get job with minimum percentage if you are good at communicational skills and Technical skills.Some companies recruit with reference of their working employees.In such cases,you can get a chance to get job where aggregate is not taken into consideration but other skills are tested.
If you are good at technical skills and other skills like Aptitude,Reasoning and Verbal skills,then you can apply for the jobs under Government sector as the cut off of Applicants is just 50%. |
