I have completed my B.Tech but I have 20 backlogs. I need to go for training in programming language with experience certificate in any private company.i.e; .net,java,c .php,oracle etc... is it possible to get the job with these skill certificates or not? Can you please answer me?

You have pending backlog so you are not eligible for software companies jobs.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for software companies is 60%. Candidates having pending backlog are not eligible for software companies recruitment. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for software companies recruitment.
