Promotion possibilities in Abroad if doing well in Genpact India?
I have applied for an interview in Genpact. I came to know that this is an MNC company. So, if I perform well in the Genpact India, then they will send me abroad for further job through promotion? I would like to know about this.

If you are working at Genpact, then you should know better about the internal promotion criteria. There are various scales to measure that performance of an employee in a company.
It will also depend on your manager to help you get that promotion, if you are performing well. If company has any program of sending deserving employees abroad, then surely you will get the opportunity. |
