Hello sir, I am working in Voltas company and I have got an offer from an Philips company with a good amount. Now considering present employer having better job security? Should I join the Philips company?

Moreover, shifting companies is not a bad idea, provided it should not be made as a hobby and you should try to work for at least a minimum of 1 years or if not than 6 months in a company, however 1 year is preferable.
