Can you please let me know what are the importance of private sector? Just wanted to know if it will be good for me to work in private sector than public.

The importance of the private sector is directly proportional to the advantages of private sector which are as follows,

-> Gives you a good start: When compared to public sector the starting salary will be more in private sectors which will automatically provide you the positive attitude towards work rather comparing yourself with other friends who are working in private sectors.

-> Fast and better growth: This is again the key factor and importance of private sector where you will see a fast growth in your career with high competition which you can manage if you will be really interested in the job.

-> More employment: Private sectors have more and more employment opportunities when compared with public sector where getting a job is really difficult and only few will get through the process.

-> Job satisfaction: Challenges and learning new is what makes your day perfect as well the job you are in and this is truly possible with private sector jobs where you get new projects, deadlines etc. planned for every month but in public sector most of the time you will end up doing the same work over and over again which makes you feel bored after days pass by.
