Will I get a job in MNC company if I completed my course with history of arrears?
I am a MCA final year student who attended exam last month and two days before got result as pass. My history of arrears in this entire course is 4. My question and confusion is that, can I get a job in top mnc's?.. Please guide me.. Thank you

No, there will not be any problem in getting job in MNC if you have completed your course but having a history of arrears. You are ineligible for MNCs only if you have existing backlogs. Since you have cleared your backlogs and got the result as pass, so there is no need to worry. Your history of arrears will not affect you much and you can definitely get job in the top MNCs if you have the talent they require and can produce it at the need of the hour.
