Is it possible to study 12th in Open Schooling for a candidate having completed 11th CBSE?
Respected Sir/Madam,
I have completed my 11th from a CBSE school. Can I study 12th in Open Schooling? Is it possible? Please let me know. |

Yes you can take admission in class 12th of an open schooling board. As NIOS is an open schooling board so you can easily get admission there.
In NIOS there is no need for you to attend the regular classes. But you have to work hard. NIOS is highly recognized board. The certificate of this board are also valid. |

You just cannot directly appear for your 12th boards from NIOS board after having studied till class 11 from CBSE board. You can however appear for your 12th board examination from CBSE and if you fail to clear it, you can get to appear for your board examination from NIOS board, or you can directly get admission in class 11 in NIOS, but definitely not the way you mentioned.

You can study 12th from Open schooling only if you take admission in class 11 or when you fail to clear board examination from any other board other than Open school, but in your case you have neither appeared for your 12th board examination even once nor have you taken admission in any open schooling in class 11, so you cannot appear directly for your 12th boards from Open schooling after completion of your 11th from CBSE.
