Registration procedure to apply in 12th NIOS for CBSE failed student?
Hello Everyone,
I am failed in 12th standard from CBSE Board. Now,I want to apply for 12th from NIOS Board. Can you please let me know about the registration procedure? Waiting for your reply! |

NIOS stands for National Institute of Open Schooling. This is one of the recognized board of India. The registration procedure for 10+2 board exams is very simple, either you can visit any regional center or apply online for examination of 10+2 conducted in next session.
You can apply for NIOS 10+2 board exam at its official website. For applying online, Click Here . The deadline for different streams admission is different, you can apply for your desired stream within given dates on its websites. However, online application for 10+2 board exams is available round the year. |

You need to wait for the notification to come. Once the notification of the examination comes, follow the following steps :
* Read the notification carefully. * Go to the registered portal authorized by the NIOS. * The person there will do your registration. * Pay the required amount. * Prepare well for the exams. |

The registration process is simple, you will have to contact and visit your nearest NIOS Institute and ask them about the application form. The further will be explained to you by them and you will have to adhere to their rules.
Collect all the education related documents from your current school, i.e. Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Migration certificate, etc. and proceed with your studies. |

*There are two types of examination for 10+2 conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling, one is regular examination and other is on demand examination.
*For regular examination, you need to apply within specific dates mentioned on website and registration for on demand examination is open throughout the year. Registration for NIOS board exam can be done either at any of its regional center or at official website. You can register for board exam at http://www.nios.ac.in/. |

No, you cannot register in the middle of the session. If you wish to take admission, then apply next year. Why you want to change from CBSE board? I suggest you to continue with CBSE board only.
