You passed M.Sc in Chemistry from Calcutta University so you can do M.Sc in Biochemistry in Calcutta.

Those candidates who have completed B.Sc in Chemistry or Biochemistry from a recognized university are eligible for M.Sc in Biochemistry.

Your age should be above 17 years.
