What's the essential criteria for being a local candidate? Either birth place or 10th/12th schooling place?
My daughter is seeking admission to Professional courses in ( Med / Engg ). Presently she is in XII Science Stream ( PCMB ). She was born on. Her birth place is Hyderabad & hence the birth certificate. Since , initially we resided at Panvel, where she started her schooling & now in Pune. What is essential criterion required for being a local candidate????

my daughter was studied 1st to 10th in HYDERABAD telangana and doing her intermediate at Guntur (Andhrapradesh). will she can be a local candidate of telangana or andhrapradesh.
