No specific percentage is required to study MS course in Abroad after completion of your B.Tech final year in Instrumentation Engineering. Candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech course from any recognised university are eligible to pursue MS course. For getting admission in MS course in Abroad Universities, you must have to appear in GRE and TOFEL/IELTS examinations and you need to report your examinations scores for applying admission to MS course in Abroad Universities.
