I have passed B.Tech and now want to study MS from Canada. So, I want to know require percentage in degree and TOEFL to get study visa of Canada?

To get admission for pursuing MS course in Canada, you should have passed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a recognised university. It is best to have at least 60% aggregate marks in B.Tech and 80 marks in TOEFL examination to get admission in best Canada universities for pursuing MS course.

In order to get admission in some good Universities of Canada, you must have to complete your Bachelors degree in the relevant field from a recognized University.
According to my opinion, you must score above 60% of marks in your Graduation course to get admission in some of the well known Universities.
You should score around 85 to 90 in the TOEFL examination to secure your seat in some good University for MS course.
