Procedure to follow to get verifiable IELTS certificates Band 8 without taking the test?
Hi, How can I get verifiable IELTS certificates Band 8 without taking the test? Are there any possibilities? Can you please provide me with the details on this? I really don't want to attend the exam as I am sure I will not get good marks to apply for courses abroad.

Sorry, to say that without taking the test, you can't get IELTS certificate with 8 bands. For getting any examination certificate, you have to appear in it. Without appearing in the examination, you can't get the certificate. So, you have to work very hard to get 8 bands in IELTS examination as it is not that easy to score 8 bands in IELTS examination.
