Central Railway (CR), one of the largest Indian Railways, was established on November 5, 1951. The railway was formed by combining many government-owned railways that include the Great Indian Peninsula Railway, the Dholpur Railways, and the Scindia State Railway. The CR has its headquarters in Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at Mumbai. CR covers major portions of Maharashtra and few regions of North-Eastern Karnataka and Southern Madhya Pradesh.
Job Profile:
Central Railways (CR), Mumbai, invites application for the Group-D Posts (Special recruitment Drive for persons with Disabilities (PWD) in Solapur, Nagpur, Bhusaval, Pune and Mumbai Divisions.

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200 + GP of Rs. 1800
Eligibility:
Age Criteria - Minimum age limit is 18 yrs and maximum age limit is 33 yrs (Relaxable as per rules).
Qualification – The candidates must have passed in 10th class or ITI or its equivalent.
Selection Process:
The selection of the post is through written examination and personal interview. For complete details of written test refer the CR’s website.

Application Fee:
Indian Post order for an amount of Rs. 40 or Crossed Demand draft for the amount drawn in any of the Nationalized banks or State Bank of India must be drawn in favor of the Railway Recruitment cell’s Assistant Personnel Officer, Central Railway, Mumbai. The application fee is not meant for candidates falling under SC/ST category.

I want to know that the age of Ex-service man for fill-up form “Gr.D”. Can Ex-service man whose date of birth year is 1968 is eligible for the post of Gr.D in Central Railway job. He was retired from NAVY after complication of 15 years regular service. Please provide criteria.
