Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) intends to make a framework for understanding the complex interactions among primary Earth System elements such as ocean, atmosphere and solid earth. The MoES encompasses national programmes in Ocean science, environment, climate, seismology, and meteorology. MoES works under the Earth Commission.

The Earth Commission formulates and regulates the policies and programs of the mission mode operations of the MoES.

Earth System Sciences Organization (ESSO), Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Scientist B in its three Autonomous Institutions, namely, Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), Hyderabad, National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research (NCAOR), Goa, and National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai.

Eligibility:

Age Criteria – The maximum age limit is 35 years (Relaxable as per rules).
