M.Sc/M.Tech (Environmental Management) is the two master degree courses given by kalyani University in Environmental Management. Engineering/MCA holders can join to M.Tech degree where as B.Sc holders in disciplines like Biochemistry, Economics, or Molecular Biology can join to M.Sc degree. Admission is carried out on the basis of an admission test and marks obtained in qualifying examination.  Tuition fee for pursuing both the courses is Rs.15,000/- per semester.

Admission Process for M.Sc/M.Tech (Environmental Management) in Kalyani University

Admission process is done on the basis of an admission test (carried out in objective model) and marks obtained in qualifying examination.  A minimum of 50% marks must be obtained in the written test to qualify the same.

Admission process for M.Sc graduates, seeking admission to M.Tech degree is carried out by giving 20% weightage for M.Sc marks, 20% for degree level marks, 50% for admission test, and 10% for HSC marks. B.E./B.Tech holders are given with 40% weightage for marks obtained in engineering, 50% for admission test, and 10% for HSC marks. In case of B.Sc holders, 40% weightage will be given for degree level marks, 50% for admission test, and 10% for HSC marks.
