Job profile: The work is to increase sales of the bank through various teleservices. You will be required to head a teleservices team, take crucial decisions, achieve sales targets, and achieve Coa targets and productivity per head count. You will also be required to train people under you to promote sales of the bank.

Eligibility: For this job you need to have excellent communication skills, organizing skills and ability to work as the head of a team. You should have good target oriented skills and should be able to work with speed and efficiency.

Educational Qualifications: You can have a degree in BA or B.Com or MA or MCOM to apply. However an MBA with experience in marketing will be highly preferred.

Pay scale: pay scale will be as befitting a marketing manager and it will be according to experience and expertise in the management sector.
