List of Avionics Engineering Entrance Exam
Avionics is a division of engineering that deals with the manufacturing and installing of electronic equipment inside aircrafts, artificial satellites and spaceships that provide guidance for navigation and communication. It is also referred to flight management systems and electrical systems in addition to the indicators and sensors that accompany the variety of computers that are onboard airplanes and spacecrafts. Those professionals who are work in this division are called as Avionic Engineers.

Those who aspire to join this course must have cleared their 10+2 class with Mathematics and Chemistry in addition to Physics. They should have obtained atleast 55% marks in their final exams.
Career Prospects
Students of avionics engineering can find jobs with different government airlines. They can also find jobs with firms like the Helicopter Corporation of India, Air India, and many other airlines. Employment can also be obtained in the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. The job of an avionic engineer will be to enhance work instructions, modify the wiring and draw new diagrams in addition to install and upgrade the avionic systems of aircrafts like the SATCOM, GPS, TAWS, ACARS and other communication & navigation systems on commercial airplanes. They can work in posts like communication engineer, test engineer, satellite navigation engineer etc. The initial salary of a candidate in this field will be approximately Rs.8,000 - Rs.15,000 a month. Professionals in this field can earn up to Rs. Rs.40,000/- each month.

may I know when entrance exams will be conducted in kerala. Is there any separate examination for avionic engineering.
I have passed Cambridge GCE O’ level Physics- C and Mathematics-C,but I did not complete my Chemistry exam.What is your opinion and how I can carry out this course? Pls. give me you suggestions and plan.
