Job profile: The candidate would be required to increase the business of the company by selling Insurance products to the existing clients as well as acquire new clientele via referrals and lead generation activity and meeting business set targets. The candidate would also be required to recruit new advisor, build a team, train and lead the team to acquire the set business targets.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream with at least 50% marks. He should have good communications in English language as well as local languages and should have excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience: 2 - 7 Years of experience in Direct Insurance sales, team handling and mentoring.

Pay Scale: Rupees 1, 75,000 to 3, 75,000 plus attractive Incentives on achieving Business Targets.
