Job Profile: Serco BPO requires Customer Retention Executive for Max New York Process. The candidate should work in day shifts only. He should be able to make outbound calling process with the efficiency in Selling skills and Collection skills. The candidate would be confident.

Qualifications: The candidate can be Under Graduate or Graduate. He must have good command over written and spoken English. He must have good operating knowledge of computers and internet. The candidate should able to handle the incoming calls and should able to solve the queries of the clients. The candidate would reply to the mails of the client’s or customers on time.
