Eligibility Criterion

Below mentioned is the required qualification for various posts in Department of Agriculture and Cooperation.

Principal Consultant: Candidates who have completed Master of Business Administration along with Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University are eligible to apply for this post. Aspirants should have a minimum of 15 years professional experience in any of the major public or privates sector firms. Those who have work experience in Quality Management System or design of Organizational Performance Management Systems and monitoring will be given special preference.

Senior Consultant (Agriculture domain): Those who have completed Master of Science or Ph.D in Agriculture can apply for this post. In addition to this, candidates having MBA degree will be given additional preference. They should have at least 10 years work experience in monitoring Agricultural Production or Farm Management.

Senior Consultant (Information Technology): Master of Technology in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology along with Bachelors program in any of the following courses is the minimum educational qualification.

• Computer Science Engineering
• Information Technology
• Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Candidates having Project Management certification will be given preference. They should have a minimum of 8 years professional experience in IT consultancy/ Software Engineering/ Implementation of Large IT Projects.

Consultant (Monitoring & Evaluation): Master of Business Administration with any specialization from a recognized University/ Institute is the minimum educational qualification for this post. In addition to this they should have professional experience for a minimum of 5 years in Communication/ Public Relations/ Market Research in Agriculture.

Consultant (Capacity Building & Change Management): Candidates who have completed Master of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from a top tier institution are eligible to apply for this post. In addition to this, they should have professional qualification in Training/ Change Management / Learning / Knowledge Management. Aspirants must have professional experience in HRD of Business of Software Organizations.

Consultant (ICT): Those who have completed Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in any of the following subject are eligible to apply for this post.

• Computer Science Engineering
• Information Technology
• Electronics and Communication Engineering

Graduates having MBA will be given additional preference. Aspirants should have a minimum of 5 years experience in reputed IT firms. Experience should be in Delivery function of software or in Risk Management.

Executive Assistant: Graduation is the minimum educational qualification. Candidates should have professional experience of 6 to 8 years in office administration. They are supposed to have certificate diploma in Computer Applications. Those who have Diploma in Secretarial Practices from a recognized Institute will be given special preference. They should have good command in written and oral communication skills.
