DCE CEE Papers
Delhi College of Engineering and Netaji Subhash institute of Technology has a Combined Entranced Examination(CEE) for admission to the Engineering courses. Both DCE and NSIT are considered to be among the most reputed colleges in India for Engineering. Therefore lots of students aspire to get admission in these colleges. There is a 85% quota for candidates who have done their 12th from Delhi in both DCE and NSIT. CEE is only for Delhi candidates. 15% seats for outside Delhi candidates are filled on the basis of AIEEE merit.
CEE Entrance test has 60 objective type questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics each. Questions are asked from CBSE 11th and 12th Syllabus. There are four options for each question with one correct answer. A right answer fetches the candidate 4 marks and a wrong answer results in a penalty of 1 mark. So the maximum marks is 720.

CEE is considered to be a very competitive exam as many students appear for selection for limited number of seats. A candidate needs atleast 60% marks in PCM in class 12th to appear for CEE. Since the paper pattern and syllabus is similar to AIEEE , same preparation is required for CEE. CEE Entrance is usually in the last week of May therefore a candidate has enough time to prepare for it after Class 12th Exams.
