Aakash Institute conducts an Admission cum Scholarship Test for the IX, X and XII standard students who are interested to join XII Cum Medical Entrance Examination Course, Regular Course for CBSE-PMT, Delhi / State PMTs and AIIMS and Two Years Integrated Course for Medical Entrance Exams. Exam pattern may differ according to the course though all tests are of objective type. Those who obtain 1st rank in this test can get 50% scholarship for pursuing relevant course while 2nd rank holders can get 40% scholarship. 30% scholarship will be given for 3rd rank holder and 20% scholarship will be given for 4th rank holder. If the candidates have secured 5th rank in the admission test, then they can claim 10% scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have either B1 Grade or a minimum of 80% aggregate while taking the average marks of Science and Mathematics studied during IX standard. Also, they have to pass their IX standard exam from any recognized Board.

OR

Candidates should secure B1 Grade or a minimum of 80% aggregate while taking the average marks of Science and Mathematics in X standard. Final year examination of X standard should be passed from a recognized Board. If the candidates are interested to join XII Cum Medical Course for Medical Entrance Examination, then they have to obtain only a minimum of 75% aggregate.

OR

Candidates need to obtain B1Grade or a minimum of 70% aggregate while calculating the total marks of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in XII standard examination. It is necessary that the candidates need to pass the examination from a recognized Board.

Exam Pattern

XII Cum Course for Medical Entrance Examination - Admission Test conducted for getting admission to this course will have total 100 objective type questions. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes. Candidates should think twice before attempting the objective question as there will be 1/4th negative marking for each wrong answer. There will be questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology studied during XI standard.

Regular Course for CBSE-PMT, Delhi / State PMTs and AIIMS - Those who are interested to join this course should answer a total of 100 objective questions in the Admission Test. They should answer the questions within 90 minutes. A penalty of ¼ marks will be there for wrong answers. Syllabus of this test will include topics from XII standard level Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Two Years Integrated Course for Medical Entrance Exams - Admission Test held for the intake of eligible candidates to this course will consist of a total of 75 multiple choice questions from X standard level Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates need to attempt these questions within 90 minutes and there will be negative marking of ¼ marks for each wrong answer.
